Terms & Conditions – $49 Podiatry Voucher Offer

At Flame Tree Chiropractic in Casula (serving the Liverpool and South West Sydney community), we are pleased to introduce our podiatry services with a limited $49 podiatry voucher offer. Please read the full terms and conditions below to understand what is included, eligibility requirements, and how the voucher may be used.

Eligibility

  • This promotion is valid for new clients only who have not previously attended a podiatry appointment at Flame Tree Chiropractic.
  • Existing or past podiatry patients are not eligible.

Voucher Limit

  • A maximum of 10 vouchers are available. Once all vouchers are claimed, the offer will close.
  • Vouchers must be purchased and booked while the promotion is active.

What’s Included in the $49 Voucher

The voucher entitles you to an initial podiatry consultation and assessment, normally valued at $230, for the reduced price of $49. This includes:

  • Comprehensive podiatry consultation and examination (valued at $80)
  • Hands-on podiatry treatment, which may include Radial Shock Wave Therapy if clinically appropriate (valued at $100)
  • A personalised treatment plan with recommendations to support your foot and ankle health goals (valued at $50)
  • Access to a discounted rate on custom orthotics, if clinically indicated and recommended by your podiatrist (optional purchase, not included in voucher price)

Exclusions

  • This voucher does not include:
    • The cost of orthotics
    • Additional treatments or follow-up consultations beyond what is listed above
    • Any other allied health or chiropractic services

Booking Conditions

  • Vouchers must be booked within 30 days of purchase and used within 3 months of booking, unless otherwise agreed with the clinic.
  • Standard clinic availability applies when booking.

Non-Transferable & Refund Policy

  • Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person who purchased or received the voucher.
  • Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash or combined with any other offer.

Cancellation Policy

Our standard clinic cancellation policy applies.

Failure to attend your appointment or provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the voucher.

Clinical Suitability & Disclaimer

All treatments are subject to clinical appropriateness as determined by our registered podiatrist.

If podiatry treatment is not suitable for your condition, the consultation fee may be applied to an alternative service at the discretion of the practitioner.

Individual results vary. While many clients find podiatry care helpful for conditions such as foot pain, heel pain, bunions, diabetic foot concerns, and sporting injuries, outcomes depend on your individual circumstances. No guarantee of outcome or “cure” is implied.

Terms & Conditions – $99 Initial Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Appointment

At Flame Tree Chiropractic in Casula, we are pleased to offer new clients the opportunity to experience an Initial Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) consultation for $99 (normally $150). This page outlines the full terms and conditions of this limited-time promotion.

Eligibility

  • Offer is available to new clients only. Existing or past TCM/acupuncture patients of Flame Tree Chiropractic are not eligible.
  • Clients must be 18 years or older.

What’s Included in the $99 Initial TCM Appointment

The initial 60-minute TCM consultation includes:

  • A detailed health history and Chinese medicine assessment (pulse, tongue, palpation)
  • An acupuncture treatment, with cupping, electro-acupuncture, or acupressure if clinically appropriate
  • A personalised treatment plan with follow-up recommendations tailored to your health goals

Exclusions

  • Herbal medicine prescriptions, additional therapies, and follow-up consultations are not included in this promotional fee.
  • Any recommended ongoing care is charged at our standard clinic rates.

Booking Conditions

  • Appointments must be booked and attended within the promotional period to qualify for the reduced fee.
  • Standard clinic hours and availability apply.

Non-Transferable & Refund Policy

  • This offer is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • Cannot be combined with any other promotional offers, discounts, or packages.

Clinical Suitability & Practitioner Discretion

All treatments are provided at the discretion of our registered TCM Practitioner.

If acupuncture or related therapies are not clinically appropriate, alternative recommendations may be offered.
