Hijama/Wet Cupping

‘Hijama’ or wet cupping is a traditional medicine practice. The process involves drawing blood from various points of the body by creating small incisions (using a thin needle or blade); drawing out toxic blood through suction cups. Hijama helps in detoxication of the body to improve blood circulation. Hijama is done on a 3-6 months basis, on focused hijama points to reduce inflammation related issues.

Y STRAP

Y strap is a decompression tool used to stretch the back to release pressure from the vertebrae along the spine from top to bottom.

It is inspired by manual spine traction techniques in the Y-Axis to help reduce the tension in the vertebrae along the spine.

Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave therapy, also known as extracorporeal shockwave therapy (ESWT), is a non-invasive medical treatment that utilizes high-energy shockwaves to stimulate healing and reduce pain in various musculoskeletal conditions and soft tissue injuries. During a shockwave therapy session, a device generates acoustic waves that are directed toward the affected area of the body. These shockwaves trigger increased blood flow, tissue regeneration, and the release of natural healing factors, promoting the body’s ability to repair damaged tissues and reduce pain and inflammation. Shockwave therapy is commonly used to treat conditions such as plantar fasciitis, tendinitis, calcific shoulder, and more, offering a safe and effective alternative to surgery or medication for certain patients.
